About Cirelli Coffee

In 2011, Gianni Cirelli set out with a coffee roaster and a plan to build something of his own. By 2013 he had turned a tin shed in Welland into a roasting house, where customers watched their coffee roast over fresh zeppole made by his mother. Today Cirelli Coffee Roasting Co. is a working roastery and café in Allenby Gardens, Adelaide, run on Italian heritage and family values. Each origin is roasted separately in small batches, then blended, and specialty beans are roasted on demand. The beans span Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Kenya and Sumatra. In 2025 the roastery won a FoodSA Award.
