Every 1KG coffee brand on the shelf this week
74 bags across 3 chains, cheapest first. 18 carried a discount we could measure.
Product names link to the shop selling that bag. Where the brand is also a roaster we list, there’s a second link to their page on Best Bean Deals. We take no commission from any supermarket.
How are these coffee prices generated?
Every Wednesday morning we read the online coffee aisle at all three chains and record what each 1kg whole-bean product costs, what it claims to have cost before, and what the shelf badge says. Australian supermarket specials run Wednesday to Tuesday, so a Wednesday reading keeps each price inside one promo week.
Every page we read is screenshotted and the page source archived, so any figure here can be checked against what the retailer was actually showing that morning.
Prices are per kilo. Where a brand sells several 1kg bags we show the middle one, and the “this week” column reports the best discount across that brand’s range. Where a chain says a product is on special but doesn’t publish what it cost before, we say so rather than guess.
Best Bean Deals doesn’t sell coffee and has no commercial relationship with any supermarket. We compare brands & deals on specialty coffee roasters.
