About Wolff Coffee Roasters
Wolff Coffee Roasters started with Peter Wolff, who spent four decades building technical expertise in roasting, sourcing, and quality control. The business was established in 2010 and remains locally owned and family-operated. From its roastery in Hendra, Brisbane, the team roasts single-origin and ethically sourced coffee Monday to Friday, for home drinkers and large-scale service alike. Wolff also runs the Wolff College of Coffee, training baristas from introductory courses through to latte art and café leadership.
