Who is Little Cove Coffee Co?
Little Cove Coffee Co. keeps its goal simple: "source exceptional beans, roast them to highlight their natural flavours, and deliver them to you at their best." It's a small Australian family business with a roastery based in the Noosa hinterland. Coffee is small-batch roasted, then freshly packed and delivered to your door. Beans come from ethical farms around the world, with origins including Colombia, Ethiopia and Sumatra. The single-origin range is called Single Fin, "inspired by the purist surfers' devotion to the single fin," and is released in micro-lots. Its premium single origins are roasted to order in micro-batches and released monthly upon arrival. If you'd rather not run out, there's a subscription, and subscribers get 10% off.
