About Vittoria Coffee
Two Sicilian brothers, Orazio and Carmelo, migrated to Australia and started a small family business. They imported mineral water, parmesan and pasta, but what they missed most was the daily Italian espresso. So in 1958 they began roasting their own premium Arabica beans locally, long before the market valued freshness. That was the year the Vittoria Coffee brand was born. Three generations on, it is still family-owned, with more than 65 years of roasting expertise. Vittoria roasts on Probat 300kg drum roasters, using a slower, controlled method for each profile. It sources premium Arabica and single origins, offered as beans, ground, capsules, instant and coffee bags. The aim, in their words: fresh, Australian-roasted coffee in any format you choose.
