Who is Zoomcoffee?
Small batches, roasted fresh and sent straight to your door. That's the idea behind Zoom Coffee, a family-run roaster based in Ballina, NSW. Joey Marvilla leads the team. His hospitality journey began in his family's restaurant in Wangaratta. After eight years in the military, he answered the call back to hospitality. Today the roastery works with beans from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Mexico and Mandheling. The aim, in the roaster's own words, is "helping others fine-tune their coffee experience". Subscriptions are flexible. Get a delivery monthly, every 2 months or every 3 months. Buy 4kg of beans and shipping is free. Want to sharpen your skills at home? Zoom also runs home barista sessions.
