Ricca Coffee Co. has been handcrafting coffee in Adelaide since 1975. That makes it one of the oldest commercial roasting businesses in South Australia. The family-owned roastery in Thebarton still runs on the values it started with. Today it serves cafés, offices and households across Australia. That means beans, equipment, barista training and servicing under one roof. Its Thebarton roastery turns out both heritage blends and newer contemporary roasts.
