About Arrosoto Coffee
Callum and Lauren Benda bought a decommissioned fire station from the South Australian Government in the early 2000s. Callum, a carpenter by trade, rebuilt it into a home. They didn't stop there. Tired of supermarket coffee, the couple decided to roast their own. It was soon being stocked locally. Since 2011, Arrosto Coffee has run as a café and roastery inside that old Renmark fire station. They roast single-origin coffees and blends on Turkish-made Garanti roasters, with awards at national and international level. You can taste the coffee straight from the roastery. There's also a cold drip concentrate, and a collaboration with local Woolshed Brewery on a coffee stout and a coffee liqueur.
