Mila Coffee Co. began in early 2015, when husband and wife Brett and Lauren Davies turned a shared love of fresh coffee into a business. Brett roasts. His background in wine helped him develop his palate. Lauren runs the design, marketing, social media, sales and logistics, and led the recent rebrand. The family is settled in Windsor Gardens, South Australia, with two children and a dog named Macchiato. They roast specialty coffee to order, sourced responsibly from Colombia and Brazil through trusted green bean partners. Beans are never pre-roasted, so you get them days after the roast date.
