Caffeine Control Coffee was co-founded by a World Barista Champion. Pete Licata won the title in 2013, then trained baristas worldwide. With Maria Licata, an experienced coffee professional and competitor, the pair bring 30+ years of combined industry experience. Unlike traditional brands that only offer regular and decaf, their Australian specialty coffee company measures every coffee for total caffeine content and sorts its range into caffeine tiers, from Full Speed to Smooth Sailing. The same sourcing, roasting and quality control applies to each. The beans are specialty Arabica, with origins including Colombia, El Salvador and Ethiopia. They don't use methylene chloride decaf, and they offer 4-week caffeine reduction plans. It suits drinkers who want to keep the ritual but manage their caffeine through the day.
