About Clark St Coffee Roasters
Clark St Coffee roasts for people who want quality without the waste. In 2010 they became Australia's first coffee roaster to use high-barrier, fully compostable packaging. The sustainability work didn't stop there. Based in Cheltenham, Melbourne, they have roasted specialty coffee since 2011. Every coffee is fully traceable, sourced through forward contracts and long-term relationships with producers across Colombia, Ethiopia, Brazil and Rwanda. They also run an organics waste collection service that turns grinds, compostable bags and used cups into fertiliser and energy. Subscriptions start at $18 for blends, $24 for singles, and $18 for Ringleader compostable capsules. If you care about where your coffee comes from and where the packaging ends up, this is a roaster worth a look.
