Who is Tin Man Coffee Roasters?
Tin Man was founded by Ben Stronach in 2014. He ran the roaster out the back of his little café, The Queensberry Pour House. That café drew a community of coffee lovers. Many of them are still friends and customers of Tin Man today. When the Pour House closed in 2020, Ben moved Tin Man to its new home. It now operates from Coburg North, Victoria. The approach is entirely hands on. The team sources, tests, roasts, brews and serves its own beans, and personally delivers to wholesale clients. That means the team gets genuine feedback about its coffee. Seasonal blends are crafted to taste great black and white. Single origins showcase different farms around the world. The philosophy is simple: "work with good people, roast with care and serve great coffee with a story." Subscriptions are available, and shipping is free over $100 Australia-wide.
