36th Parallel is named for a latitude. It crosses the world's great coffee-growing regions — and Melbourne itself. That idea of connection runs through the coffee. It's the specialty brand of Melbourne's Kaffeina Group, roasting in Coburg North since 2011. The beans are 100% Arabica: seasonal, ethically sourced, single-origin and fully traceable. Every batch is roasted weekly using solar energy. The range covers three house espresso blends — Southern, Northern and Eastern — plus an office coffee subscription.
