Prodigal Coffee roasts fresh and to order on the Mornington Peninsula. Every batch is small, so what lands in your cup is made close to when you drink it. It's a boutique operation with a plain aim: coffee that's genuinely tasty, for nerds and everyday drinkers alike. The sourcing does the heavy lifting. Prodigal seeks out ultra-micro-lots, farm-specific and regional coffees, plus single-origins chosen for flavour. The range runs from sweet, simple everyday drinkers to big, juicy fruit bombs. House blends include Steadfast, Reckless, Found and Bunjil Blend. You can also subscribe and have fresh coffee arrive on repeat. As head roaster and director Caleb Podhaczky puts it: it's tasty, it's exciting, it's comforting.
