Based in Hobart, Zimmah treats every step as equally important, from growing the cherries to pouring the cup. The range covers single-origin coffees and blends. You can order online with free delivery, drop into the café at 219B Murray Street in Hobart, or arrange a wholesale supply. The café is open 8am to 3pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 4pm on Fridays. Simple idea, done well: fresh Tasmanian coffee, roasted with care.
