Great coffee at home, without the premium price tag. Ritual Coffee Roasters has been roasting in Tasmania for over a decade, and affordable great quality coffee is their mantra. They roast in small batches most days of the week, so the beans reach you fresh. A Probat P25 handles the bulk of production, while a Diedrich IR12 covers the smaller, limited releases. Sourcing leans on single-origin beans, sustainably sourced from small family-owned producers. The single-origin lineup rotates every four to eight weeks, so there is always something new to try. Based in Invermay, the team also serves hundreds of coffees each week at Harvest Market. Two subscriptions are on offer: The Coffee Circle from $36 for monthly mystery single origins, or a signature blend subscription from $15. If you want serious coffee at a fair price, this roaster is worth a look.
