About Leaping Goat Coffee

Gavin and Laura Stoessiger spent years in hospitality before coffee took over. The passion started with roasting in their home garage. In 2021 they bought Leaping Goat Coffee, a Tasmanian micro-roaster going since 2014. Today they roast in daily small batches at their North West Tasmania roastery. Beans come from coffee-growing regions around the world, across a range of blends and single origins. The small-batch process gives a silky, smooth cup that works black or with milk.
