In their own words, they "roast and deliver with love every week, bringing our community the freshest blends and single-origin coffees right to the doorstep." They have been roasting since 2016 on a Giesen W15A specialty roaster. Their profile is medium, built to work in a café or at home. The single origins include coffees from Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Yunnan in China. Each is "meticulously crafted to highlight the unique profiles of each origin."
