Sleepless City puts its focus on where its beans come from and how they're roasted. It's a micro-roastery based in Toowoomba, Queensland. The team partners with select green coffee importers who source by seasonality, sustainability and taste. On the roasting side, they're "constantly trying to improve our roast profiles and deliver coffee that is true to its origin." You can buy in person at two stores, on Alderley Street and Stenner Street. Both open at 6am on weekdays, and Stenner Street trades seven days. Ordering online?
