Who is Rubra Coffee?

Rubra Coffee has collected 27 medals at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show. In 2006 it took home four medals of excellence. That record belongs to a family-owned roaster that's been at it since 2004. The founders started out supplying coffee machines and beans to WA businesses. Then they imported a Probat roaster from Germany and began roasting their own. Today the team roasts daily in a purpose-built roastery in O'Connor, Perth. The aim is "consistency, freshness and flavour." The range covers signature blends and single origins, backed by long-term relationships with farmers and cooperatives. There's loose-leaf tea and drinking chocolate too, plus a coffee subscription. It suits buyers who want a proven, proudly Western Australian roaster with plenty of choice, and a team that wants to "help you get the best from your coffee."
