Who is Obison Coffee Roasters?
Obison roasts specialty coffee by hand, in small batches, and wants every bag to be something the family can be proud of. It's a family-owned, Aussie-owned roaster based in Busselton, in WA's South West. The name comes from the owners' two sons, Obi and Hudson. You'll find them pouring coffee seven days a week at Origins Market. Roasting happens off site for now, with a plan to bring it in house at the market. "It's still very much our own roast, our own recipe, and our own standards." The beans are specialty and ethically sourced, the range includes single origin coffees, and farmers are paid above fair prices. Order before 12pm and it ships the same day. Spend over $90 and shipping is free. Cafés can also join the Obison Coffee Family Program for barista training and equipment advice.
