Niccolo has been roasting specialty coffee in Melbourne since 2008. The goal was simple: make great coffee that feels personal. That focus on people still runs through everything. The team works closely with the producers behind the beans and the cafés that pour them across Australia. Roasting happens in Cremorne, in small batches. The range covers a classic house blend, single origins that rotate through the seasons, and a Swiss Water decaf. There's a wholesale side supplying cafés, restaurants and offices, and a Subscribe and Save option for home brewers. Niccolo describes itself as a tight-knit team with hands-on industry experience, focused on quality and service. Free shipping kicks in on orders over $60.
