Mr Sally is Daniel Salomone, son of Michael Salomone, one of Australia's Master Roasters and a Melbourne coffee icon with over 50 years at the craft. Daniel grew up around coffee. He has now roasted for over 20 years himself, carrying his father's knowledge into the next chapter. Today he roasts in Tullamarine, Victoria. The sourcing runs to single-origin coffees from Ethiopia and Brazil. The style leans smooth, medium to light, with plenty of playful flavour.
