About Latitude Coffee

Henry Miller came to Australia from the UK with a question: what happens when you roast coffee using methods learned in both the northern and southern hemispheres? That question became Latitude Coffee, established in 2018. The name nods to those two hemispheres of learning. Miller set up the roastery in Northlakes, Brisbane, focused on micro-roasting and in-house custom work. "We do this because we care," he says, pointing to the detail behind every batch. Today Latitude roasts single-origin coffees from Colombia and Guatemala, supplies cafés along the Eastern Seaboard, and ships nationwide. In 2026 it was crowned Overall Champion of the Golden Bean World Series.
