About Six of One Coffee Roasters
Jason and Lucy juggled life between Australia and Portland, Oregon before COVID brought their family home. They settled in Toowoomba, drawing on Portland's outdoor lifestyle, coffee roasteries and micro-breweries. The name comes from their six kids. Six of One. Today they roast on a Diedrich roaster in Toowoomba, high on the Great Dividing Range where the bush meets the big smoke. Beans are sourced internationally, mostly from micro-lot farmers working small, high-quality batches. Every coffee is cupped in-house before it ships. Fresh roasts go into airtight containers and valved bags, kept in a controlled environment. Subscriptions are available, and the roastery door at The Mills Precinct on Ruthven Street serves a big coffee menu.
