Kite Coffee builds its blends around one place: Orange, in the NSW Central Tablelands. Its Pinnacle, Seismic and Magnitude blends are named after Mount Canobolas, the region's old volcano. Each is developed to suit the water profile of the Orange LGA. Every lot is cupped, scored and profiled before production. Roast data is recorded and batches monitored, so the blend you order next month performs like this one. Beans are roasted weekly in Orange, with single-origin and ethically grown coffee at the core.
