Who is Green Bean Coffee?
Kirk Stuart saw the Green Bean Roaster in its prototype stages and brought it to Australia in 2000. Green Bean Coffee grew from there. Based in Sydney, the company has sold raw, green and roasted coffee beans ever since. Kirk brought 30 years in hospitality to the job. Today it supplies home roasters and café owners Australia wide, and as far as Fiji and Bahrain. The range runs to more than 120 single origin coffees, from Brazil and Colombia to Ethiopia, Uganda and Guatemala. Fairtrade and organic beans are a specialty. Small batch sizes across every bean mean you can try a new single origin without the risk. If you roast at home, or want to start, this is a supplier worth knowing.
