Who is Di Lorenzo Coffee?

Aldo Cozzi missed the taste of home. Importing coffee from Italy didn't fix it. By the time it arrived, it was stale. So he took the long way round: find the beans, get the blend right, learn the roast. In 2003, it worked. He named the coffee after his wife, Mina Di Lorenzo. Today Di Lorenzo is roasted and packed in Australia and poured in hundreds of venues. The red cup even turned up on Home and Away as the coffee on set. The method is the harder one. Beans from eight origins are blended green, before roasting. As the roaster puts it, that is "the only reason the cup comes out the same every week." Subscribers get 10% off every delivery.
