Deluca Coffee's purpose-built roastery is set up so machines handle the work that doesn't influence quality. That leaves its people to focus on the craft of roasting. The team roasts in Marrickville, Sydney, on Probat and Diedrich roasters. Green silos and automated packing systems take care of the rest. They've been in that facility since 2020. Deluca partners with cafés across Sydney. Sourcing is built on long-term producer partnerships and origin visits, and every shipment is cupped and compared against its pre-ship sample. At home, there's a subscription: "Exceptional coffee, delivered on your schedule, to your doorstep." They also run bespoke classes, taught by the same team who train their wholesale clients.
