Brewhouse Roasters roasts in small batches in Bendigo, Victoria. The point is freshness: smaller roasts mean coffee that reaches you closer to the roast date. Their single origins change through the year, following what's in season at origin. Green beans are sourced from around the globe, then roasted by hand into specialty coffee. Alongside the rotating single origins sit two steady blends, a House Blend and an Espresso Blend, plus a Mountain Water decaf for anyone skipping the caffeine. Local pickup in Bendigo is free, and shipping is free on orders over $100. If you like knowing where your coffee was roasted and want it fresh, this is a straightforward place to start.
