Who is Dancing Goat Coffee Roasters?

Dancing Goat Coffee Roasters roasts for one kind of coffee drinker: the one who takes milk. Lattes, cappuccinos and flat whites are the whole point. It was set up to solve what it calls "the biggest problem facing Australian coffee drinkers today: how to find good coffee beans for their milk-based coffee." Soy, cow's or "whatever milk takes your fancy". Dancing Goat roasts in Mount Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula. It's a micro roaster, with capacity under 45,000 kg a year. Head roaster Alistair Nestor is a 30-year veteran of the Melbourne coffee scene. The range is single origin only, no blends. Beans come from Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, India, Indonesia, Nicaragua and Peru. It sells whole beans online, with free local delivery and shipping Australia-wide.
