Who is Zest Coffee?
In 2025 Zest was voted Australia's Favourite Coffee Roaster at the Melbourne International Coffee Exhibition. A year later its Simon Gautherin took second place at the 2026 World Brewers Cup Championship. The roaster has been at it in Melbourne since 2009 and now roasts in Minneapolis too. Roasting runs on Brambati and Diedrich machines in Melbourne and a Mill City machine in Minneapolis, with every roast profile tracked for consistency. Sourcing is direct trade, built on transparency and trust with growers. If you want consistent, flavour-led specialty coffee with the results to back it up, Zest is worth a look.
