Your coffee is roasted after you order it, not before. ToxikBean is a small-batch specialty roaster in Mernda, working the third-wave way since 2015. Beans come ethically sourced from Colombia, Ethiopia, Guatemala and Indonesia. They're roasted medium on a Giesen W6A to keep each origin's clarity and natural sugars intact — never pushed dark. That suits filter, pour-over or espresso. You'll find ToxikBean at eight farmers markets across Melbourne, or order online and have it roasted the following Monday or Thursday. Prefer decaf? Their Colombian uses the Swiss Water Process.
