Tim Adams Specialty Coffee started in 2010, built by award-winning Australian barista Tim Adams. The roastery sits in Warana, on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. Every order is roasted, ground and sealed fresh, then sent out multiple times a week. What sets the roaster apart is how the beans are found. Tim travels the world several times a year to trade directly with farmers, going a step beyond certified fair-trade. That covers single origins from Honduras and Brazil, plus house blends. It also runs the Chapola Project in Honduras, paying above market rates and backing farms through the Cup of Excellence. The aim, in Tim's words, is to support coffee at all levels of the supply chain. For you, that means fresh coffee you can trace back to the farm.
