That Coffee Company

Who is That Coffee Company?

It started late in 2009 as a hobby. Two music-loving, coffee-drinking mates began hand roasting coffee for themselves, in between music gigs and carpentry jobs. The hobby didn't stay small for long. In their words: "Before we knew it, our side hustle became our full time gig." Today That Coffee Company roasts in Keilor Park, Melbourne. It's independent, and the coffee is hand roasted in small batches, fresh every day. They supply cafés and coffee lovers across Melbourne and beyond. The sourcing runs on friendship. Long-standing relationships with their suppliers open the door to hundreds of specialty producers. Expect single origins and blends, from Ethiopia to Peru. They ship Australia wide, with weekly or monthly subscriptions.
