Super Roast began with two baristas and one dream: to roast their own coffee. That dream now lives in Salisbury, south of Brisbane's CBD. The roastery shares its home with Supernumerary Coffee, their café. The focus has stayed steady. Quality, traceability, and respect for the work farmers put into every cup. Beans are sourced with their origins kept clear, then roasted for wholesale partners and poured for locals over the counter. This is coffee made by people who started behind the machine.
