A family roastery that keeps a few different beans on the go, because no two palates are the same. SOL Coffee Roasters is run by Thomo and Mieka, who roast fresh coffee in Lakes Entrance. With three young children, they know how much the morning brew matters. Roasting runs in their family, and they have learnt from 15 years of watching the craft up close ("thanks dad"). They happily call themselves "coffee snobs". They also work closely with suppliers on green beans sourced from different parts of the world. Packaging and stickers are kept to a minimum where possible. As they put it: "From our family to yours, we put lots of love and careful attention in each bag."
