In 2002, Phillip Di Bella started roasting coffee in Brisbane. That business, Di Bella Coffee, grew into one of Australia's best-known specialty roasters. Private Coffee Collection is the next chapter. It is a curated selection of blends built on Di Bella's legacy and years of roasting expertise. Today the coffee is roasted daily at the Bowen Hills facility. Each batch is roasted to order and dispatched within 24 hours. The approach stays farm-to-cup, from sourcing through to your cup. And because it sells factory-direct, you skip the usual retail markup. Roasting since 2002, sold at the roaster's own price.
