About Patricia's

Patricia Coffee Brewers is run by best mates Bowen Holden and Pip Heath. The name is a tribute to their grandmothers, two women who shaped their lives. They opened in 2011 with a simple aim: give every customer a genuine service experience. Melbourne noticed. As they put it, "the utmost care is taken to be present and connected with anyone who has gone out of their way to visit us." Since April 2024 they roast all their coffee at their own roastery in Coburg North, having started roasting back in 2016. The beans lean specialty, sourced from Colombia, Kenya, Bolivia and Peru. Two CBD cafés remain, and a seasonal House Espresso subscription ships free to your door.
