About Passport
Aaron spent over 30 years in hospitality and 15 in specialty coffee. He owned cafés and managed national roasting brands. But he would rather be face to face with everyday customers, sharing his passion for coffee. So he started Passport Specialty Coffee for one reason: to roast and drink the type of coffee he loved. Uncompromised. Unapologetic. Unwavering. Today that work happens at the roastery and espresso bar on Toombul Rd, Northgate. New batches are roasted every day. The range runs from blends and single-origin espresso to filter, cold brew, and tasting flights. The Departure blend comes highly recommended. Aaron values every step from producer to your cup, and he is happy to help you explore the flavours yourself.
