About Padre Coffee
Padre Coffee has roasted specialty coffee since 2008, from the early days of Melbourne's specialty scene. They roast, wholesale and serve their own coffee, so the bean you buy is the one they pour. Today they work from two bases, Melbourne and Noosa, with cafés including Brunswick East, South Melbourne Market, Paddington and Padre Coffee at St David Dairy. The focus is ethical sourcing and long-term relationships across the supply chain, not one-off buys. The mission is plain: to inspire, encourage and support people through their specialty coffee journey. Their 'Good Coffee Doing Good' initiative ties the coffee to community impact. New to Padre?
