Offshoot Coffee began in 2018 with a simple idea: find rare coffees, roast them with care. The roastery sits in Perth, where head roaster Rummy Keshet draws on over 12 years in the industry. Their roaster of choice is a Loring S15 Falcon, which uses hot air for a clean, consistent cup. The same system recycles its energy, cutting CO2 emissions by up to 80% against traditional roasting. The focus stays on single-origin, exotic and rare beans from celebrated farms. The Workhorse Blend covers everyday café drinking, designed for milk and espresso alike. Subscriptions and gift subscriptions are available, and Offshoot ships across Australia and beyond.
