Who is Record Coffee Roasters?
Record Coffee Roasters started with two people who couldn't stop thinking about specialty coffee: husband and wife Ross and Kiandra. They learned to roast under Master Roaster Anne Cooper. Their first roastery, Hills Coffee Co., was in the Dandenong Ranges east of Melbourne. There they built a loyal local following. In 2021 they moved across the country to the Margaret River Region. A new home called for a new name, and Record Coffee Roasters was born. Today they roast in Cowaramup, with a roastery and tasting room that opened in July 2025. The range splits like a vinyl record. Side A is balanced and easy to love every day. Side B is for the curious: rare single-origins and limited roasts. Every batch is tasted before it ships.
