Co-fermented coffee isn't a passing trend at Motobean — it's core to who they are. Their green bean partners work with producers who use fruits, yeasts, and controlled microbial environments to develop flavour. The result is vibrant and complex, and it stands out on any menu. Motobean Specialty Coffee Roasters started in Malmsbury, regional Victoria, in 2014. Today they roast from Ravenhall, in Melbourne's west, on a Loring roaster, and supply wholesale partners nationwide. Every coffee is specialty-grade and fully traceable. For home drinkers, subscriptions save 10% on coffee plus free shipping. The Roaster's Choice plan sends four 250g selections each month.
