Every bag is roasted fresh when you order. Email them and they'll roast to suit how you brew, espresso or filter. No preference? They roast each coffee to the profile they think makes it "shine". There's a people side too. Manna Beans gives 20% of all its profit to non-profit organisations helping the poor and needy. The range runs from blends to single origins, Geisha included. A subscription is on offer if you'd rather not reorder by hand. Cafés, offices and workplaces can buy wholesale.
