Who is Maleny Coffee?

Maleny Coffee knows where its coffee comes from. In their words: "We know the story behind all of the beans we roast." The beans come from smallholders, cooperatives and estates worldwide, including Tanzania and Colombia. Each origin is roasted individually. This boutique roastery roasts in Maleny, on the Blackall Range in Queensland's Sunshine Coast Hinterland. They roast on a Has Garanti 15kg roaster. The roastery also hosts cupping sessions and brewing training. Two lines anchor the range. 1891 is their signature blend of five origins, named for the year Maleny was proclaimed a town. Seasons is the ever-changing line of single origins and specialty blends. Fairtrade, organic and Rainforest Alliance coffees are part of the mix too.
