Maillard Project
About Maillard Project
The Maillard Project is a café, roastery and community training facility in one. Drop in for a coffee, sit a cupping session, or try your hand at roasting. It sits in the middle of Brisbane's CBD, at 119 Charlotte Street, established by Coffee Anthology. The room is light stone, wood and glass, with a low-set island bar pouring espresso and pour-over from two machines. Sourcing draws on Colombia, Ethiopia, Panama, Brazil and Nicaragua. Coffee is roasted in-house every week. For Brisbane drinkers, it's a working roastery you can step inside, learn at, and buy from. Online orders ship free over $150.
