Gun Cotton Coffee Roasters pairs a working roastery with a café kitchen, and treats both with the same care. In their words, they "bring that same commitment to quality and creativity to our ever-changing food menu." The coffee side is built on relationships. Gun Cotton says it has "formed tight bonds with growers" from Brazil to Ethiopia. Beans are roasted daily, using "a unique blend of old-school roasting traditions and new techniques."
