Who is Little House Coffee Co?
It started with a $29 popcorn machine. Joshua Vincent roasted his first batch of beans in his kitchen, "driven purely by curiosity and a love for quality coffee." He spent two years roasting at home for family and friends. Then he built a small roasting room at the front of his garage. He upgraded to a 1kg roaster. Today Little House Coffee Co roasts small-batch, specialty-grade beans in Jamisontown, Penrith. The range runs to four blends and three single origins, with Guatemala, Ethiopia and Colombia in the sourcing mix. Beans are roasted weekly. The thinking is simple: "Great coffee is made with fresh roasted good quality beans, the right equipment and the knowledge to put them together." Delivery is free in the Penrith area (minimum order applies), and subscribers get fresh beans on their own schedule.
