Who is Jones & Co Coffee?

Daniel started out with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science. Then, in his words, he "found himself cup to lips with coffee". That began a career in coffee that has now run 20 years. Today he leads Jones & Co, a family business that roasts in Wangara, Perth. He's one of the Mr Joneses behind the name. Drop into the roastery brew bar during the week and you'll most likely meet him. His one rule for coffee: "it must be clean and flavourful". Jones & Co only roasts when you order, on two European roasters. Once they find a bean they like from a farm, they buy it again each year. That keeps the cup consistent and helps farmers plan each harvest. Expect specialty-grade arabica, single origins and seasonal micro-lots. A subscription is available for home brewers.
